Unified's Sales & Service Department serves as the primary liaison between Unified and its members/customers.

The Sales and Service Department handles all member sign-ups and changes, and maintains and develops corporate sales for all divisions of Unified.

Representatives assigned to accounts assist with Unified services, information, programs and products. They also relay requests, comments, ideas and requirements to appropriate personnel and departments at Unified.
