| Unified
Grocers recognizes its corporate responsibility
to contribute to the betterment of the community.
Each year, Unified and its employees participate in
numerous giving activities helping to keep our
communities strong. We are proud of our humanitarian
efforts and those of the many charitable organizations
of which we support. Some of those organizations
include:
City of Hope (www.cityofhope.org)
The unique, long-standing relationship between
the Pacific Northwest Food Industries Circle and
the City of Hope National Medical Center and Beckman
Research Institute has provided Unified with a wonderful
opportunity to support and share in winning the
fight against cancer, diabetes, HIV/AIDS, and
many other serious diseases that continue to devastate
lives in our local communities and around the
world.
